43:44 for 8 miles on the Syracuse trail.  I think the cool weather does miracles for my hard effort runs.  There was just something about some of my training over the summer that was miserable.  Maybe the fact that I was out of shape...

Looks like you're back at it and in dec shape.. This is finally getting me motivated to get rolling again...

Trevor- I'm really trying to get in some consistent winter training and make another run at a spring marathon. I think my motivation is coming from watching so many other guys I ran with in college do well in their post-collegiate races. It may not be the best motivation, but it's working right now!

Well thanks for motivating me to get rolling again. What doing marathon are you looking at?

I'd like to do Ogden again. I want to try some new races in 2015 but I feel like it would be good to give Ogden another try and see if I could lower my time on the same course and hopefully with similar conditions. What are your plans? Anything specific?

Really up in the air for me. My next semester schedule is terrible. Have to leave my house at 5:30 for class everyday and dont get home till late.. Going to try and survive off a lower mileage/higher intensity program, but that might blow up in my face fast. If I can manage I'd like to do UV Marathon, but if I'm not feeling like I can hack it with school, I'll train for Des news or SG again.
